David brings to the Company his long and valuable experience in sales management and the commercialization of new technologies. Having joined Phinergy in January 2017 as VP Business Development, he was nominated as CEO of Phinergy in August 2018, with an emphasis on commercializing its unique technology. Between 2003 and 2017, David worked at RADA Electronic Industries, where his last position was as head of one of the company’s strategic business units, leading the engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Mr. Sanjeev Gupta heads the Corporate Strategy Group at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. and is based in New Delhi. He has an experience of almost 30+ years in IndianOil, covering functions such as Operations, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development followed by a stint at Chairman Office before heading the Corporate Strategy Group. His responsibilities entail identification of new business opportunities specially e-mobility, battery manufacturing, green hydrogen, renewable energy, emerging technologies, global M&As and a host of other domains. He has widely travelled globally during the span of his career and attended prestigious global seminars and Management programs. Mr. Gupta is a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur and MBA from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia (Gold Medalist).

Judith leads Phinergy’s business development activities with particular emphasis on the Indian market, within the framework of Phinergy’s strategic partnership with IndianOil . Prior to her current position as VP Business Development, Judith was business development director at Phinergy since joining the company in 2011. Before that, Judith held strategic positions at the financial department of L’Oreal Israel, and in the corporate finance department of Iliad (Free) in France. Judith holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an M.A. in diplomacy and security from Tel Aviv University.

Mr Nikhil Deep Mathur, age 58 years, is an Executive Director (Retail Transformation) with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, and has 32 years experience with India's largest enterprise Oil Refiner and Marketeer 'Indian Oil Corporation Ltd' (2023 Turnover USD 105 Bn Fortune 94) in its Petroleum downstream operations of Sales, Marketing, Construction & Maintenance of facilities for consumer products thru Retail Outlets pumps (B2C) as well as Industry (B2B) in India. He has handled tankage projects for bulk storage facilities; construction of petrol pumps; construction of railway loco fuelling facilities for 5 years. He has managed sales and maintenance of retail outlets and bulk facilities of company and customers as a sales person for 27 yrs in various capacities in the hierarchy and has led sales teams across India managing petroleum outlet network in urban, highway & rural markets, Development of new outlets; Govt coordination for maintenance of essential POL services etc. He has also been positioned at Marketing Head Office in Retail Sales vertical for 6 years, involved in policy, strategic projects, Int'l market entry projects. Mr Mathur is a Civil Engineering graduate from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) at Pilani (Rajasthan, India). He further completed his Executive Int'l MBA from the prestigious Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon with an International Module at ESCP-EAP at its Paris and Berlin campuses. Mr Nikhil Deep Mathur is currently posted as Executive Director (Retail Transformation) at Indian Oil Corporation’s Marketing Head Office at Mumbai, in-charge of Retail Strategy including transitioning into renewable energy resources for consumers like CNG, EV Charging, battery swapping. Mr Mathur has been nominated to the board of directors of IOC Phinergy Ltd, a JV company of Indian Oil & Phinergy (Israel) w.e.f. 21st March 2024 by the parent company Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
